The South-East chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Tuesday came in defence of embattled Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Oduah over the controversy trailing the purchase bullet-proof cars, accusing some “powerful forces” who are not comfortable with her performance in the sector of being behind her travails.
The association also asked President Goodluck Jonathan to disregard calls for the minister’s sack, insisting that apart from giving the aviation industry a new lease of life, the minister remains one of the shining lights of the present administration’s transformation programme.
