Speaking exclusively with LEADERSHIP, the state chairman of CAN and Bishop of the Praise Centre Church International, Stafford Nwaogu, absolved the CAN president of complicity on the $9.3 million cash seized in a plane by the South African authorities at the Lanseria International Airport, adding that the CAN president is being unjustly criticised for what he is unaware of.
“Oritsejafor was not in the aircraft when the controversial sum of money was found, and he does not use the aircraft said to belong to him to stash money abroad for any government official, and so it is very wicked and malicious of anybody to accuse him of financial racketeering”, said Bishop Nwaogu.
He also announced that the church would soon hold its 20th International Convention 2014, with the theme “all things are possible” packaged to enable the church impact knowledge to the people based on truth.
