The troops of the Nigerian Army have arrested a team of cameramen believed to be handling media matters for Boko Haram in Adamawa State.
A security source said those arrested were those who record video and take photographs during the attacks on communities by the insurgents.
It was stated that the terrorists were arrested while they were attempting to flee from troops who dislodged them from Adamawa State.
They were said to have been arrested during a mopping up operation by troops around communities in Adamawa.
Our correspondent could not get the Director of Defence Information, Maj. Gen Chris Olukolade, to confirm the report as the calls to his mobile telephone line indicated that it was either switched off or in an area outside network coverage.
